Alpine 3.23.2 released

We are pleased to announce the release of Alpine Linux 3.23.2, a maintenance update of the 3.23 series.

This release contains varioius bug fixes and improvements for apk-tools, and a fix for busybox mount to handle parsing /proc/mounts with long lines.
